HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?

All orders should be placed online or over the phone on 0452 664 646. Of course, don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. If we can’t answer when you call, simply leave your details and we will call you back.

WHEN TO ORDER?

When you are ready to order! 😉

We try as much as possible to deliver within a few days. Let us know which day and time is best for you when ordering and we’ll try our very best to make it work in timely manner.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER?

The minimum order is $79.90 (10 products minimum) and our deliveries are FREE of charge for Sydney metro Sydney. A fee might be added if you leave outside of the metropolitan area; contact us for more info.

REFRIGERATED DELIVERY SERVICE

Your baby & toddler food will be delivered in a refrigerated box, by our staff and directly to your door, at a time convenient to you.

DO YOU DELIVER IN MY AREA?

Bub’s Delight is made in our commercial kitchen in Manly, and we deliver all over Sydney metro – for FREE. Deliveries that are quite far from the CBD may be arranged, please contact us and leave your expression of interest,
we will call you back to arrange a delivery day and confirm the delivery cost.

WHEN ARE THE DELIVERIES MADE?

Our products are usually delivered at at time convenient to you; we will contact you after your order to discuss.
We cannot confirm exact delivery times before you book, but please make sure to tell us when is best for you (date and time) and we will do our very best to make it work so the process is easy for you! We would also love to meet you in person and thank you for your purchase!

DO I NEED TO BE AT HOME FOR THE DELIVERY?

We prefer if you are but you don’t need to. In case you don’t think you can be at home, let us know and ideally leave a small eski with ice packs in front of your door. The food will remain frozen until you get back home that day. Another option would be to give us the address of a trusted neighbour or relative.

IS THERE A COST FOR DELIVERY?

We have offered FREE delivery in Sydney metro since we have started with minimum order of $79.
It is of course one of our highest priority that your baby food is delivered frozen and we feel that it is best that we do it ourselves, using our refrigerated vehicles.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We accept payment via the secure website PayPal. You may use your credit card to make a purchase or if you are a PayPal member you may direct debit. You will be directed to the secure PayPal website to make your payment. None of your financial information once you reach this page will be accessible by Bub’s Delight.
