Colleen Grassnick is a nutritionist, naturopath and believes conscious eating contributes to healing and fuelling your body from the inside. By understanding that our body (or cells) is made up of what we eat, it is easy to realise that a healthy diet is imperative for vitality, development, and of course wellbeing in the body and the mind.

It really is a case of ‘you are what you eat’.

Inspired by and excited about the menus of Bub’s Delight, Colleen is thrilled to work with us and has carefully evaluated each recipe with our chefs and has worked with us to create meals that are not only high in nutritional value but also extremely tasty
and full of flavour that your bub will love!


Colleen understands how food allergies and intolerances affect different people and she works towards
finding alternatives that agree with the body.

Colleen’s passion for health drove her to complete a Bachelor of Natural Sciences and Liberal Arts
when she was in the Netherlands.

Captivated by the magnitude of empowering individuals to balance their own health, in Sydney, Colleen then undertook a Bachelor of Naturopathy, which included an advanced Diploma in Nutrition.

She had the privilege of being trained and mentored in the Nature Care Student Clinic by practitioners who have been treating people for more than 20 years.

Practicing with Hippocrates mantra, let the food be thy medicine, Colleen also knows that eating should be enjoyable and appreciates a diet rich in colours, textures, and flavours.

She loves incorporating superfoods like spirulina, acai and macca.
